“Excellent experience!!!. From the moment i walked in i just felt at ease and comfortable. Talking to Mike and Ron and getting everything set up was unbelievable easy with them. They made me feel confident immediately that i was in the right place. Super informative on the process and what my expectations should be including time frame for repairs etc. Very pleasant to speak with in general and extremely polite. The accident was a sideswipe and smash along the entire drivers side of the car. When i got the car back, the work was so amazing that i honestly wished that they would have just painted the entire car. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and delivered the car back to me exactly as scheduled. I have nothing but nice things to say. “I've known the people at Performance for over 4 years. I work for Enterprise Rent a Car and we have been setting up hundreds of rentals for their customers over the years. Everyone that utilized the artisans at this shop have routinely indicated to me the amazing work they do, so I told them, if my time every comes, I will give them a try. “So I was driving on a pretty busy road and I heard a loud pop from outside my car, then a few seconds later my tire sensor went off. I pulled over and one of the tires was completely flat.
I called AAA and a Double N tow truck came very quickly. The driver (his name was Ish) was extremely helpful. He figured out that the problem was likely a nail in the tire that had come out while I was driving. Even though it was nearly 7 PM, he said there would be someone at the shop that could fix it.
He took me to the shop and the tire was plugged in about 10 minutes for a very reasonable price (I didn't get the name of the guy who fixed it, but he was very helpful too).
Highly recommend!”

“Hector did everything that he possibly could to troubleshoot our vehicle to avoid it being towed, unfortunately, it needed to be towed, but he was prompt, fast, very efficient and explained everything in detail. I blinked, and the truck was on the back of the flatbed. He was descriptive and he made the process very easy. I have never come across a repair facility (autobody or otherwise) that was more honest, experienced or just all around genuine in their pursuit of making sure their customers are taken care of and done right by. Scott makes this facility what it is. He is hands down one of the most honest and caring people that I've ever done business with, within the industry. This place has earned every bit of my review and then some. If you're shopping for an autobody shop, PLEASE just make sure you give this place a shot before pulling the trigger.
