It wasn't clear whether the issue had been fully checked before the car was returned to me, which led to some confusion and additional time spent trying to figure out the cause but Buddy tried his best to help.
Aside from that, I'm very happy with the repair and appreciate the work the team put into restoring my vehicle. I would definitely consider using this shop again.”

Fernando also help me navigate the claim with the insurance company and I was allowed to get a car rental and in 3-4 days my car was ready.
This was a drag to have damage to my car, however Ultimate made the process easy, effortless and quick. My car is it was when left yet dealer.

All the people I dealt with were extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. In particular, Gina gave me advice on dealing with the insurance company. The first time, I just went ahead and had the repairs done, but the second time, I followed Gina's advice, and it was much easier and I did not even have to come out of pocket for the deductible thanks to her.
