For we are a trucking company and also heavy equipment rentals and we had to move one of our machines yesterday for a client and we had ONE truck available which BROKE DOWN! This was an emergency situation - and April heard me out got back to me in about 30 seconds with a quote (Mind you I was in shock I was expecting it to be CRAZY expensive!) “Great customer service, I want to get a photo taken for my insurance. The man was so nice and very professional the place was very clean and it did not smell. They also have a repair service and they do NY state inspection. I was happen to know they are Acura Certified. I now take my 2019 Acura for regular maintenance, prices are reasonable not like the dealers. They are plenty of certification such Toyota, Honda, Acura, Mercedes and so much more. What I love the most is that they are very honest and that is very hard to find. If they see an issue that is part of the warranty. They will tell you to take to a dealership, because if they touch it, it will void your warranty.”
