Mt.Vernon now only has two Chase branches and by far this is my favorite they are professional and helpful always im happy to go to fleetwood to do my banking

Despite many years of being a loyal Chase business customer, they have done absolutely nothing to help during this COVID-19 crisis. After insane hold times and useless transfers, no one in customer service can answer my questions and when I call my home branch in Fleetwood, no one answers the phone. Disgusted.

Mr. Peguero helped me a few days ago with a few things on my account (including getting a new card promptly since mine was destroyed). He was personable, professional, and quick with getting the job done. This branch has always been helpful, and it always brings forth a great experience.
