My experience was unpleasant the teller (Ms Dorothy White at the Gramatan Ave) was rude. She throw my money on the counter because she asked me to insert a card from a total different bank. my question was, why would you want me to insert a total different bank card into your bank chip reader.

The point in having an ATM is so people can use it when you’re closed. They took our or are rebuilding the atms outside so there isn’t any walk in. Highly inconvenient. Bad enough one of y’all machines always down. Go to the one on white plains or Pelham this whole spot trash.

Honestly I’m SICK of this bank. Always freaking packed with a long line. Closed often for one reason or another, no location near by, WTH was I thinking leaving chase.
