“My custom desktop PC was sluggish and couldn't figure out the cause for months. Was dreading possibility of having to replace some of the more expensive parts to resolve the issue. Brought it in to NCS. Next day they found the cause and repaired it without any part replacements, just the diagnosis fee. The team was great about explaining everything and what to look out for in the future to prolong the life of my build. Would definitely recommend to anyone whose machine isn't running as well as it should be.”

“Taz was excellent in fixing my MSI gaming laptop. He told me exactly what needed to be done and his fix worked immediately for my charge port. He's so good at what he does in fact and fair I had him change out the keyboard that I had that was failing that was a very challenging job and also a failing fan and he did it perfectly. Really lucky to have found Taz and I'll continue to go to him with any issue I have with my gaming laptop.”

“So grateful to Brian, the owner of this store. My train to NYC was coming in ten minutes when I realized I'd left my (ancient) Macbook Air charger back home... an hour and a half north. I stopped in to DoctorMac to see about purchasing a new charger; Brian said that he didn't sell any compatible with my computer anymore, but he HAD saved a few that people turn in for exactly this reason. He went to a back room and returned with a perfectly new looking charger, which he insisted on giving me for free. My work trip to the city was saved. It's little moments of kindness like this that make all the difference!”

“I had an amazing experience here specifically with Steven. He was incredibly knowledgeable, genuine and kind throughout this entire process even though my phone transition went 20 mins past closing time. I never felt rushed or marginalized. He helped me compare different strategies for my slightly complex situation. Not to get into too much emotion, but I’ve had a difficult couple of weeks and then on top of that, my phone smashed. “Visited this Thursday. Convenient location, close to fitness center, shopping mall and dining area. Very tidy and friendly staff. But you will be required not take pictures or videos in the store… I am just curious why this is not OK. I was trying to explain to my dad how to get to the store and what products to choose. I also tried to find out about the education plan for my cousin who was entering college as a freshman. But overall, this is a great place to visit and shop for.”
