We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

“My laptop battery failed when I was in a peak work period in my business, in preparing my taxes, and on two residential boards that I chair in NYC and Colorado. Panic -- can't function! I took my laptop to CompuCare Team and explained to Paul my urgency. He calmly told me how he could assess the damage, order necessary parts, and complete repairs within a week. I was amazed -- two other repair shops I talked to promised repairs within a month. Paul delivered. He called me to bring in my laptop. He opened my laptop and installed a new battery and other parts, tested it, and handed it to me with a smile within 15 minutes. Amazing!
