My intent was to pass it on to close family & friends. Her experience in 2005 being run over by a company pick up truck changed her life for the next 20 yrs as she faced a court case, continuing to enjoy life, her determination to maintain her health even though she could sense it deteriorating. My only regret is that FedEx has scheduled to deliver my package later than I expected. That would make my whole purpose for paying over $200 to ship my very time sensitive package all worthless. I pray that the delivery date changes to at least 2 days earlier. That would mean the world to me.
I have returned to give FedEx a thumbs up ? for an excellent delivery service. Since my last post, FedEx delivered my very time sensitive package two days earlier than previously scheduled. That made all the difference for me.

“Daniel at your Inwood location has done passport pics for both me and 9 month old and did an incredible job. Taking a passport pic of a baby is no small thing, and Daniel had us out of there in 10 mins and under. The result is that my 9 month old now has the best passport picture I’ve ever seen ?”

Store # 4992, New Rochelle, NY. The whole staff is always courteous to everyone whether the store is full of customers and very busy of if it’s one Customer. They work smoothly and has an always smile for everyone. Regardless of what question a customer has, it’s never a bother to them and they always have the right answer. I live in the Bronx and yet I go to this store which is miles away just because of the customer service that is second to none.

Jessica from the print department called me promptly to explain what was going on and offered several helpful options for getting my postcards printed and shipped. She even kept me updated on the possibility of a repair later in the day.
