This location is definitely improving. The dirty, poorly lit parking garage is not a great first impression, but the store itself is in much better condition than it used to be. Cleaner, more inventory, and better customer service.

Mt.Vernon target is horrible! They don't honor clearance prices on Jan 2nd. Head register staff rude & wouldn't honor sale prices. Who's gonna pay full price for candy cane chocolates? They could care less about customer. Never shopping there again!

Worst pick up than ever! I was waiting for my item over 1 hour. App said ready but they lost my item and security located all the time. No estimated time and even no sorry for this happened. They told me either way canceled yourself or wait through after wait 45mins. Worst target, worst pick up experience. I can cancelled it, but who should paid the time and bad experience?

The Target is not bad. The optics is the worst one ever got a pair of prescription glasses delivered, and first, they never told me they arrived, and then they lost them. When i called them, jared picked up the phone, and he was rude telling me that either I wait 3 weeks to reorder th or cancel the order and possibly get my money back. Worst experience ever when it comes to the health and optics of a customer. Jared should learn some manners while working for a costumer service bases.

Big location with lots of products but majority of the health and beauty isle is locked up. I waited 10 minutes for someone to open the lock and no one came!

This store is a complete mess and Christmas shopping upon us I was at the store last weekend shopping I have at lease 2000 thousands of items in my basket around 4 pm so I needed to go to the rest room guy associate told me the rest room was close rather weird he was to lazy to open the door . This is a perfect example why the on line stores Amazon etc is winning. Then the number are low the store down then out of a job .

This target on the weekends is pure madness!!! When you go inside, no shopping 🛒 carts inside. Grab a cart before you go inside the store!!!

Been here multiple times, the store is nicely sized and has many things... I suggest doing self-checkout... I've had several interactions with the employees here and they have all been extremely dismissive, inattentive, and kind of rude... So, I suggest just doing self-checkout.

Very unorganized and inaccurate information on the app. I checked on the app and it said that the bike seat I was looking for was in stock so I biked 25 mins to the store and the employee told me they were sold out completely. They never update their stock and have boxes laying around without employees stocking the shelves.

The worst run target store at this location. Extremely poor management, return/ exchange customer service people neither have training nor aptitude for customer service. At times, they would leave the counter for extended period leaving customers in line wondering whether the exchange counter is still open or not. Cart collection is horrible. People have to look around in parking lot to get one. This is what happens when people with poor management skills and training try to manage things
