As Target as possible to the rule book. Ample parking and huge footprint for the location. Not very crowded on weekdays, but weekends don't know yet. I safely presume, would be choked.

I can't really say much here, its TARGET. I went to the store, located the item I wanted, made the purchase & left. If you've been to any TARGET at all, I find them to be all the same with little to no difference between them.
