Apart from the convenience of the drive thru, very few redeeming qualities. Hand signals instead of speaking into a working microphone. Though I suspect negative feedback will not be a catalyst for any type of change.
Horrible customer service waited so long 30 minutes maybe. Avoid the bank if possible run away.
The manager is RUDE INCOMPETENT could not explain their error tried to basically usher me out when he couldn't figure out their error.... keep hiring jerks like him
Not enough staff. Always long lines. Manager should have more tellers working especially mondays thurs and fridays.
