“My wife and I remotely purchased a gas grill as a housewarming gift for our son and daughter-in-law. I first called Mr. Dunstan last week. He was very knowledgeable, funny...and truthful. He assessed our kids' needs over the phone, and sent us quotes on numerous grills to check out. Many phone calls and emails (very quick turn-around!) ensued, but he never lost his patience or his good humor.When my son came to the showroom on Saturday, I arranged with Mr. Dunstan that if my son wanted a more expensive grill than (the very nice Napoleon Prestige Pro 500) we wanted to get them, Mr. Dunstan would just quote him the differential in price instead of the total. Try doing that on Amazon...I'm sure there might be some brands where his margin might be higher, but he absolutely sold us the best grill for the money. I'm old school, and I want a nearby brick-and-mortar to purchase any item that I can't fit it my car if it breaks. Mr. Dunstan is old-school as well: he knows the goods, and he will tell you the honest truth about them. I am guessing he has a high percentage of repeat customers.Just in case you were wondering: I highly recommend buying your next grill from Al Dunstan at Curto's.”

“I've no idea why I'm super impressed with this Home Depot's garden center.......but I am! Garden center has expanded with a very nice roundup of Plants, Shrubs and Trees here- than ever before. And to be quite honest, these guys over the years, have come up with a well-thought-out setup. Prices are also real cool and a few $s less- compared to Hawthorne- closer to me. My Mom got a good hold of a few Perennial flowers for the front of her house as well as a few others for the backyard. And by the way...aside from the never-ending construction nearby, it was easy to maneuver in and out. Even for midday Saturday afternoon, there weren't crowds and parking lot was civil.”

“Now that it has been over a year since my purchase of my Sebo, Model K3 Premium, I want to thank Joe from Willett Vacuum of Larchmont for his encouraging me to buy this vacuum cleaner. Also, he gave me invaluable advice on my old Electrolux (use it until it dies), my current Miele (use it for the basement and den), and my Sebo for upstairs. Following the advice, all has worked beautifully. I began using my Sebo in late August, and it has performed magnificently. It is far lighter than the Miele, and it has been as effective or even more effective in vacuuming my floors and rugs. I am very pleased with the purchases and services I have received from Willett Vacuum of Larchmont. I will be returning soon to have my yearly service on this quality machine.”

Usually the help there is pretty good at helping you pick out or find what you came here looking for. I have purchased tvs from here and other things. “Mixed review. There was a young female manager who was fantastic and got things done. We weren't sure if it were our laptop or the charger that wasn't working. She said geek squad would have a charger and could check. The geek squad couldn't have cared less and said they didn't have one and that since we were no longer under our two year geek squad contract there was nothing that could be done. We went back to female manager. She had one of her peeps go get the charger from their back office and they plugged in our laptop and it started to charge. Yeah! The employee brought us to where we could pick up a new one. So it worked out but no thanks to Geek Squad. Make sure to keep that manager.”

Vernon where I live.Know that expression, "measure twice, cut once?" Well, I didn't measure twice and the delivery guys came out to my house with a refrigerator that was too big for my doorway - and my kitchen. Both the delivery guys and Fabian (my sales rep) were SO nice about my terrible mistake. When they returned with the perfectly-fitting refrigerator, they had it installed and the old fridge carted away in no time at all. The whole experience was easy and beyond pleasant, and I am in LOVE with my refrigerator.Now, a year later, I needed to purchase a stand-alone freezer for my growing cookie company. I immediately went to Appliance Driven based on my previous experience with them. Once again, the service was outstanding. Fabian helped me find exactly what I needed, scheduled the delivery for a time that was convenient for me, and had it at my house within a week. The same delivery guys were back with the freezer, and I cannot say enough about how professional and kind they are.If I could, I would give Appliance Driven more than 5 stars.
