“While the lines can get long here, they go by fast. I find the workers to be helpful every time I come (I often try to do pick up which is the fastest) but this time I walked in and while the line looked scary, it went by in 10mins tops so it all worked out. The selection is always available and there's good value for your money. I just wish they didn't charge for parking but I guess it's not up to them.”

“We came in looking for replacement wheels for a walker. Loni helped us almost immediately. Not only did he help us find the correct size wheels, but he also offered to replace the old ones, which were being held together with duct tape. He even found Elmieda a chair so she could sit comfortably while he worked.
When he realized the new wheels required different bolts and lugs, he tracked those down too and made sure everything fit properly. What could have easily turned into an all-day ordeal for Miss Elmieda ended up being simple and seamless.
I’m grateful our paths crossed today—and that Loni was the right person for the job. Thanks to him, Elmieda now has her wheels back and with them, her freedom.”

“The service here is stellar! Staff was extremely friendly and professional, and followed up duringand after service. Excellentand outstanding service! The downside, and possibly the reason the store is so relaxed and accessible, is that parking here is difficult. Also, trying to reach the store directly is impossible as calls are directed to an a.i. bot that then sends you to a distant call center. Best to try to get a direct cell number from the staff member helping you.”

I dislike seeing stores like this leave the neighborhood especially at times like this when inflation is at an all time high. Wish you’ll come back ??”
“Anthony was the best! He is a true example of someone who goes above and beyond for customers. I came to this location on Friday to pick up an order. As a small woman, I had to pick up two large, heavy boxes, and unfortunately, many stores don’t always offer assistance.
Anthony was incredibly helpful. He waited with me for my Uber to arrive and even helped load both heavy boxes into the Uber for me. His kindness, patience, and empathy made a stressful situation so much easier.
