“Took my kid for a blood test here and FYI: they have the vein finder! Kid did not need it though as the phlebotomist was AMAZING. I would recommend a stronger parent to go with the kid though because you have to put the child on your lap while the phlebotomist does her thing. She was a magician, and service was quick since I had made the appointment online, which I highly recommend.”

“It so quick! We were in and out in 5-10 minutes. We spoke to the doctor virtually and the nurse gave my son the rapid pcr test. In less than an hour the doctor called with the results and got an email. They emailed the results to the school nurse too. Highly recommend!!!”

“This place is amazing, I scheduled for a dna testing with a lady name ms Yvonne she’s the supervisor and she was amazing very nice spoken, and she booked my appointment and scheduled the appointment with ms Angela she was a very nice well spoken lady, I asked her some questions and she answered all my questions in a nice polite way. We went on a Wednesday and we got our test today on Monday 12:22pm, I highly recommended this place. If u guys need a dna test done this is the perfect place to come to, the price is worth it all! “Wow. I was told Quest was walk in, so went to the one nearest my home only to find there was a 2 hour wait. Scanned the QR code and found one a mile or so from the house. They had open appointments for just about the time I would arrive.
There seemed to be only one person working, but Max was simply amazing. After checking in, he called me back before I even had a chance to sit down! He was very thorough and very patient, explaining what tests had been ordered, reviewing costs, and all while ensuring that every patient in the office was cared for! I've never seen such a pleasant, competent, and efficient medical office!”

“Getting bloodwork has always been my biggest fear in the world. I never thought I’d be able to do it. I came into this office and made Jennifer Martinez at the front desk aware of my fear. She instantly made me feel so much better with her positive attitude. Then, I went back and got the test done by Ana Paulino. I’ve heard stories of people not being able to find the vein and having to reinsert the needle many times, but Ana was extremely quick and patient! She knew how scared I was and got it done SO fast! She was so nice and she gave me a hug because I was scared. They had the biggest smiles and made me so so comfortable. They gave me water and graham crackers. I will be returning every single time I need bloodwork and calling to make sure it’s Jennifer and Ana!! Definitely come here! I even asked them for their names so I could write this.”

“i had a good experience for a walk-in. waited about 15-20 mins. the lady who drew my blood was very attentive and kind. the only issue is the check-in process… it was fine for me, but without a spanish option a lot of the older people without english fluency were struggling and the front desk lady didn’t seem to be helping.”
“The best thing about this place is that it takes absolutely no time to get you in and out and never has insurance issues… Furthermore, I have used several insurances and there is never been a co-pay. They get the labs back very quickly… About 24 hours for the basic stuff. It’s a good place to use and costs no money.”

“My doctor recommended I have three x-rays, two ultrasounds and a CT scan, which I was able to have scheduled the next morning. (I was so happy to be scheduled so quickly, as I was very nervous!) Everyone, including the ladies at the front desk, especially Yolanda, were all so kind and even got me in for two additional tests that I needed. The technicians and nurses went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, especially Irene and Karen. Dr. Maklansky was so kind to me when he discussed my results with me. The best part was receiving my (good) test results so quickly after I had the tests completed! I highly recommend NYMI for any imaging testing you need to have performed!”

“In a raggedy run down building but the kiosk check in is straightforward, I was brought in prior to my appointment time and done in less than 10 minutes . The phlebotomist whose name I didn't catch did an excellent job finding my vein, sometimes it takes a couple tries to find a good one when I get blood drawn. There's a Quest right down the block from me so I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but they didn't have availability when I wanted it and this one did - and it was also on my way to where I work on Mondays.”
