“What a lovely shop filled with everything you could want for your pets! I was staying a few blocks away and stopped in to buy my babies something to give them when I returned home. The owner Eddie is very kind, taking care with each customer if they ask questions or need help. That said, he’s not pushy in the least. I enjoyed meeting the resident shop cat Chloe, black cats rule! I managed to spend $50 on some really high end catnip toys (only the best for my kids!) and a cool small dog toy. I’ll definitely go out if my way to stop in here next time I’m in NYC. If I lived locally I would do all my pet shopping here, great selection!”

“I did not go to visit this Store. I went by the reviews. I called and a nice woman asked how she could help. She informed me that she just sold a Cavalier 2 weeks ago, but will call Breeder and find out when another may be available. There was excessive barking so a bit hard to hear, but if they do get my favorite Breed in, I will go. Her price was so resonable as well, compared to NY Breeder Pet Store. I will follow up this week and update.”

“I tried out Rapawzel for the first time for a full groom and was pretty happy with it! I called in advance to get a quote and they were able to fit my dog in the next day which was great. The facility looked clean and it seemed like the dogs were well taken care of. I loved the text message updates that kept me in the loop. The haircut looks great and they were very friendly. My only mild complaint is that they charged me an extra $10 because my dog was a little matted which I thought was kind of ridiculous because that's probably one of the main reasons that dogs get groomed in the first place. I've taken Nacho to 4 different locations in the city and I've never been charged extra for that. They probably should have mentioned that when I called to get a quote but overall I was happy with the result and thought the prices were very reasonable”
