“My family has been shopping at pet resources for years, they sent me one day before I had any idea what I would find and now half of my reptile baby I have I purchased here. The service is always wonderful. The manager to me feels like a dear friend he is never too far always willing to help me with anything I’m looking for. I call him boss man lol. 😃 The staff are very polite and friendly looking to help you in anyway possible. Sometimes I go in not knowing what to get for my reptiles and they are patient with me and always try the very best to help me find what I’m looking for. The pricing for everything is always right up my alley I never feel like they are over charging me for anything. The store maintenance is always kept up to par I never have any complaints any time I visit to make my purchases or just to even ask a question about something I bought they are always respectful and helpful. I don’t ever see myself going to no other pet store. If you shop here I promise you won’t be displeased ever !! I promise !! Here’s a picture of today’s order I got superworms, crickets , mealworms, fuzzy and wean rat to feed my babies at home. Very well loved and respected store in my neighborhood.”

“I bought a hamster today he is the sweetest thing ever but one thing is i feel bad for those fishes there was many dead fishes floating at the top and the place smelt somewhat dirty because of all the animals but what i will say is there is a friendly cat! but they need to stop putting hamsters together because they can fight. they didn’t really have much for the hamsters but overall my experience was ok and my hamster keeps itching a lot and changed the bedding a lot”

“Joanne was amazing I was trying to get my wife’s dog groomed since Monday know one would take her because she was very badly matted. The Vet technician recommended me to her. I had given up all hope my last resort was I was going to try and do it on my own. But I said to myself let me give it a shot. As soon as I met Joanne we hit it off. She took wonderful care of Luna, treated her like her own. I always say God places angels among us and Joanne is one of them . Highly recommend her for your pet needs .”
“First of all, I want to thank God because there are good people who truly care about the well-being of all kinds of birds. In winter, one of my parakeets got sick. I called Augie for help, and he was very kind and professional. He gave me advice on how to care for him. Thank God, I saved his life. Today I called him for another emergency. My parakeet hurt his leg, and again, he helped me without asking for anything in return except the well-being of my Parakeet.”

“Having been tested regularly since the world was mainly sheltering in place, I have experienced the gamut at various testing facilities. From discrimination, to brusk, to efficient, to completely inefficient and waiting for hours. Now that I have found Rx Management, I have no desire to go elsewhere. Simply make an appointment and show up as scheduled. Ms. Javaid has always met with my scheduled time and is a consummate professional. She actually has something that is sorely lacking from every other place I have been to. She actually cares. She takes the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how ridiculous. When obtaining my results, I can either wait or she will email them to me. I have never waited longer than 30 minutes for those results. In terms of service, she cannot be beat. While the place does not look as one would expect from the outside. It is a clean environment on the inside. If you are looking for Covid-19 testing, from my experience you cannot do better than Ms. Javaid.”

“I have to give a huge thank you to 2 of the employees I interacted with yesterday: first employee-Destiny Assisted me over the phone with an item I was looking for to enjoy a day in the park with my dogs and Family. She even went as far as to hold the last two grass screws I was looking for. She had a pleasant attitude and was eager to assist me, great customer service. Thank you Destiny. Second employee was Joyce she has great customer service as well. after leaving with the grass screws I needed the cables to attach my dogs to the grass screws and when I stopped her as she was walking she pleasantly greeted me and kindly showed me where to find them with a smile and great attitude. Thank you Joyce. Who ever is the Manager they both need to be recognized for outstanding customer service.
