Terrible these people make a sale and then bounce it took me 6 hours to get my iPhone to work. These people are absolutely useless in the store. You would think with the amount of money apple makes they would train these people and pay them the right amount for good service

I went in today after needed a new phone super easy! The First Gentleman to help me was awesome super informative very patient and helpful. When I set up my phone Donald helped me and was absolutely amazing and helpful! Super patient since my phone was taking quite some time. I will never forget the ease and friendly service from the total of three gentleman that helped me. Spoke to me and helped my experience be seemless. I was in there for about a total of 3 ish hours and again the service was amazing I was in my pjs ? and still got great service. I will never forgot this experience one of the best and it was my first time buying my own phone so again 10/10

BRAND NEW HEADPHONES, and they snapped. This is the type of product that they sell at the Apple Store, and because I didn’t decide to purchase their insurance they won’t fix this cheap quality product for me. Almost $400 dollars thrown to the garbage. DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!

The store was located in a farely convience place in Nanuet. the process of booking an appointment with a support person worked well. We still had to wait for our support person, but the replacement laptop screen was ordered. We were notified the following day that the new screen part had arrived and we revisied the store to surrender the laptop. We were contacte the following day to come by and pay for the repair and pickup the laptop. This process went farely quickly and the quality of the repair was excellent. I highly recommend getting Apple to repair your devices etc as they really good repairs. I do feel that Apple staff push for completely new purchases over repairs and I felt it wasn't applicable for our laptop. So shame on Apple for not purchase the more Eco-friendly solution of repairs over new purchases.

Should be able to call nanuet store directly to find if an available product is there before making an appointment and driving all the way there to be disappointed that they don’t have it. Plus it took three people to get to one person saying they have no way of know what was in stock on the phone. 15 mins of wasted time

I was here picking up the new iPhone and setting it up by myself. The pickup process was pretty quick but staffs were busy.

This is generally not the store I frequent, but I was in the area and needed to make an exchange on a mag charger. I was one day over my return window and had no issue with the exchange. Wait times can be hectic in any Apple store, I'd say I was in an out in under 10 minutes.

Very close to an amazing experience.. Ron, Brandon and Matt were extremely friendly and helpful and deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you! Christina on the other hand definitely needs some customer service training. It is really sad how someone in a management role can be so condescending and rude. It’s understandable that there are rules that need to be followed but at the end of the day it is all about how effectively you communicate with customers.
