“Let start with the good information the car was very good the price relatively was great the return was fast and no hidden fees was charged the not good thing was when picking up the car it's takes around 45min it's very long they waited for some code from the manager around 20min and they checked 1000 things until they give you the keys and also when you create a booking on spot on the website they only allow you to book for the next hour but actually it's available right now and to take it now they charge you 35$ so be aware and book everything at least a hour before you want to take it”
“The gentleman there was absolutely amazing. He is usually there by himself and he hands the rush inside his store very well (I came prior day of pick up to ask questions) Day of pick up I was in and out of the store within five minutes. He is someone you want to keep inside any of your hertz building, so make sure you are giving him the support he needs to do well.”

“Though I’m not a huge fan of Avis, I have to give a shout out to customer service rep Rud. He was so nice and courteous - and when he saw how distressed I was that my charger wasn’t working in the car, he lent me an adapter. Really kind. Avis is lucky to have someone like him behind their desk and interfacing with customers.”
