“Rented mini van to move our daughter up to college. Service in office was amazing!!! I was checked in and given car promptly. I worked with Stephine, Ilisa and lovely guy I think Nelson. Stephine lowered all seats for me and examined car to make sure no damage. Nelson helped me hook up my phone to car which was amazing. Only suggestion....make sure car is full before giving to customer. We will definitely use this location again!”

The morning I was supposed to pick up the car I received a call that it had come in damaged. They asked if I needed seating or trunk space and I told them the later. They found a large luxury suv that happened to be available despite everyone moving their kids to college that had just enough space. I am so grateful I was able to get my kids and all their gear home safely and in style.”

“This is an extremely dependable Avis/Budget location. The operator, Lenny, and his team are extremely hands-on. My cars are always ready, clean, and ready to go. In any situation where I had concerns about my vehicle, they were always addressed and often times I received a different vehicle for greater peace of mind. There are other Avis locations closer to me, but I trust them and go out of my way so I know I will have a great experience. This is the difference when it comes to independently run, local shops. Also, if I can make a comment about others' posts about discourteous customer service, everyone has a right to their opinion (except keep the unkind personal comments to yourself). It is a very active location and there are cars coming in and out regularly. A parking lot full of cars does not automatically mean they are available, as they could be reserved already. That's not on Lenny and his team. And they cannot control the condition of the cars when they are returned, which means they will not put an unsafe or unsatisfactory vehicle back into circulation (like so often happens at corporate, airport locations). I want to deal with an operator like that. I would always choose to deal with a straight shooter vs someone trying to manage me, but that's just me.”
“Let start with the good information the car was very good the price relatively was great the return was fast and no hidden fees was charged the not good thing was when picking up the car it's takes around 45min it's very long they waited for some code from the manager around 20min and they checked 1000 things until they give you the keys and also when you create a booking on spot on the website they only allow you to book for the next hour but actually it's available right now and to take it now they charge you 35$ so be aware and book everything at least a hour before you want to take it”
