“I had an excellent experience at the FedEx store in Nanuet yesterday. I needed to ship a relatively large piece of art to Florida and after going to 2 differentt FedEx stores and 1 UPS store I finally received accurate information and good service. Prior to the Nanuet store I received 3 different prices which were all higher than I ultimately paid.
Amarus in the Nanuet store was extremely pleasant and helpful. I needed a large TV box and Nanuet didn't have any. Amarus offered to get them from another store but it would have taken a few days. She also suggested that I go to Home Depot which would definitely have them. 10 minutes later I was back with a box from Home Depot and 5 minutes after that I was on my way home without the artwork. A special thanks to Amarus at the FedEx store in Nanuet.”

There was a line, but it moved really fast and the staff was great at helping people fast without rushing them. Many of us were just dropping off and needed shipping receipts but there was one person who was getting help packing things.”
