I especially want to recognize one young man whose name I wish I knew. He stands out. He is knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, and has an impressive ability to understand what a customer needs and find the best way to help.
I have a traumatic brain injury, and as a result I can sometimes be slow processing information or forgetful. Even with a long line of customers waiting behind me, he has never once lost patience, rushed me, or made me feel lesser than anyone else. He simply gives me the time I need and helps me get things done. That kind of respect, kindness, and understanding means more than I can articulate.
There was a customer who came in while I was there, he must have had hundreds of pounds of items of ship. He came in with a dozen or more containers. You could tell he was on overwhelm and becoming frustrated.The young man defused the situation immediately- offering the man water! Just so smart, strategic and kind!
He has a natural ability to lead. If he is not already in management, he should be. I could easily see him overseeing multiple locations as a regional manager. UPS would be wise to recognize his talent and give him opportunities to advance.

I came in needing a last-minute seating chart for my wedding, printed on individual cards, and despite some issues with the printer, they worked together so patiently and professionally to make my vision come true.

“This place is a very central location and drop offs are easy. They don’t open until 9:30 AM so be aware if you’re trying to do any early morning shipping drop off.
They recently changed owners and while the service remains largely unchanged. The friendliness definitely leave something to be desired.
It would be nice to be greeted or even acknowledged when you walk in like it used to be. Friendliness aside, it does the job.”

“I’ve used this local print shop several times now and I can’t recommend it enough. The quality of the prints (whether photos, posters, or pamphlets) is consistently excellent. The color clarity and image sharpness are way better than anything I’ve gotten from big chains.
Their turnaround time is fast and they don’t charge extra for rush jobs…I’ve had multiple same-day orders done without hassle. They also offer nice finishing options like matte lamination, and they’ve even cut printed sheets for me when I needed them trimmed. That kind of helpfulness is rare!
Tom is always friendly and picks up the phone personally. It’s clear they care about doing things right. On top of that, it’s easy to get to, there’s always parking out front.
This is a gem of a small business, and I’m happy to support it. Highly recommend!”
