“I've been going to this location since I was little, and it hasn't changed much over 20 years. As an adult, the workers still give me the same amount of enthusiasm they give to children. Every worker makes sure you have a great experience stuffing your bear. This location is also regularly well-stocked with the newest bears and clothes. I don't usually have trouble finding what I want. Thank you especially to Elliot for being so friendly.”

Pricing: Almost always on-par with PriceCharting, if not better.
Variety: You would think it would be impossible to fit this much into a store the size of a classroom. They have everything from games, consoles, accessories, cables, batteries, controllers, plushies, hats, toys, board games, figures, candy, stickers, trading cards, and even Hatsune Miku Potato Head.

“I recently began buying my comic books here, and really enjoy it so far. Joe is great. He has my comics set aside for me, so I am in and out. Sometimes, I get tempted to buy a collectible action figure or two. Other times, I buy other comics. The Ferryman Cafe next door is always my second stop. Parking in the neighborhood is not too bad. I always find a spot.”

“We were in town for a wedding. It was raining and I needed to keep my 2 1/2 year old grandson busy. I saw Tons of Toys was only a 10 minute drive away so we went. It was perfect. We spent about an hour in the store looking. The cashier lead us to the finger skateboards. He was so polite and patient with my grandson. We left with a pack of skateboards and a rubber snake. Fun times.”

“This place has usually expensive toys for lower prices. It's a great way to get out of production toys and rare toys you can't find elsewhere. There are also a few vehicles that fit with my model trains that are helpful. The only thing I don't like is that this mall doesn't enforce the mask wearing, so It's unsafe to visit at the present time.”

“This is an excellent store if you have children who have parties. They let you buy knickknacks by the piece for a very reasonable price. There are also some decent deals on toys albeit none of them are name brands that you have heard of. A box of knockoff Legos for $12 work as well as the real thing for about 1/4 of the price.”

“Just wanted to send a big thank you to your staff! I ordered the State fuzzy basketball backpack for my nephew literally 24 hours ago and he’s already received it. I was super disappointed that the State website wasn’t restocking it, but then I found it on your online store — and on sale at that! Your website said shipping is 7-9 days so I wasn’t expecting it to get there that quickly. A pleasant surprise and great customer service. And the bag is so adorable. Thanks again!”
“Hollywood Heros has two things going for it. 1) An amazing, incredible selection of toys, new and vintage. 2) The nicest owners possible. My 12 y.o. son is a huge Star Wars collector, and he discovered HH on Yelp about. year ago. We've gone maybe a dozen times now even though it's an hour round trip. We often find rare and impossible to get items here and if it's not on the shelves, it's probably in their basement, so just ask. We became friendly with Jordan and Val on our trips there, and Jordan has been especially gracious. He always has time to talk, answer questions, and be friendly. Even when we come to just window shop, we still have great talks. Recently my son was looking for an ARC-170 gunship, and Jordan and Val had just gotten one in that had missing parts, and they gave it to my son as a thank you for being a loyal customer. It made my son's month. The store is a block from the central shopping district, so when we go we get bagels or Korean chicken and make a day out of it, or go the few blocks to Trader Joes. I know a Trader Joes isn't a selling point for a store specifically, but as a parent of someone who loves shopping here it's nice to have a cute town that can be part of the experience.”

I didn't explore around too much since I had a specific goal but I'll be back in the future. Wrapped the gift for free too!”

“Emma M, specifically her, is hands down the best bear builder I’ve ever had the pleasure of building my bear. For my first time ever at 17 years old building a bear it was pretty damn magical because of her. I went with my friends to get graduation bears and I really didn’t think much of it until this wonderful woman helped us out and made us laugh like no tomorrow and helped us build the perfect bear. She was so friendly, so nice, and literally made the experience of building some bear a memorable moment for ever. She should get her own build a bear atp but like you know hopefully this gets my home girl a raise or sum. Will def be coming back idk when but only if Emma M is a ceo or something.”
