Very poor service, no one answers the phones! Poor management! They lost my mail! Was supposed to be forwarded. Staff dressed in street clothes, no uniform! Not professional.

I went to the post office today to ship out some packages, and I just want to give a shoutout to an employee—I believe his name was Robert. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process so easy. His professionalism and kindness really stood out, and he’s a great example of excellent customer service.
