Lines can be really long, and the self-service machine is down about 1 out of 4 times you go. I will say that I have had baby chicks delivered three times in five years and their handling of these fragile live animals has been great.

This is the ONLY POST OFFICE that does a half ass job. Going in with multiple pre paid packages. They all have different weights. Different price points. This one postal Worker is so lazy that he takes one package leaves it on the scale and then scans in the other packages with the weight of the one package on scale. Regardless if it weighs more. What’s the point of the scale? Every time I go in I have to tell this person how to do his job. Crazy. Everytime. And if you say something omg the attitude. Excuse me sir you’re not doing your job the way it’s suppose to be done. And this is the only post office where no dress code is enforced. Baseballs caps jersey….regular clothes
Omg the worst post office. Nobody knows how to work here. Lazy workers…who is the supervisor? I hope it’s not Matthew. Only this post office…Pearl River is hands down the best. 5 stars and they do there job.

1 star was too much. I went 3 separate times on the same day because every time I went there was one incredibly slow clerk with another worker who “cant ring anyone up” just sitting around on her phone
Absolutely embarrassing and infuriating experience every time I go here

Tyrone is an amazing employee that deserves recognition. He was kind, helpful and had a smile on his face the entire time I was at the store. I had multiple packages going to multiple different places and was overwhelmed by my toddler all at the same time. If it wasn't for Tyrone making the process feel like a breeze, I'm not sure how I would've done it. Thanks Tyrone!!

So I am giving this review based on my interaction with particularly one employee, she is an older adult, and she seems to hate her job or she is so close to retirement, so she must be fed up with her career, she is rude, unhelpful and seems to not care. My luck, I always get her if there are more than one person helping people which is not common I always pray that I don't get her, and lo and behold I always get her...and she is there alone, I have driven elsewhere so that I don't have to have my day ruined....come on USPS you cannot be so short staffed that she has to be placed in a position to deal with customers all the time with her moody attitude. I have gotten into arguments with this lady, and I have seen others engaged in arguments too.

this is the worst place ever been. i had a package ,flew 7000 mile from other country with no issue. theese people could not deliver my package from usps store to my hause which is 0.2 mile. they lost my package.i have a camera next to my mailbox. package has never been delivered.and of course you cannot proove them aything. thay just keep telling you same word over and over again what a great sevice.

Closed before 4:45pm on a Friday, when the door clearly states closes at 5:00pm.A girl working the counter came out the back door to let us know that they’re understaffed and I cannot send a letter today. I requested once more to consider taking us in, since it’s only a simple letter and we were here at least 15mins before closing time. Her response was “Not today, not happening today, you can try before 2pm tomorrow (Saturday)”I work in the service industry as well and this isn’t acceptable.
