3050 Middle Country Rd, NesconsetThis store is always well stocked, neat, and has whatever I need for my pup. I bring my dog to the Pet Hotel and she appears to be treated lovingly. When she comes home she looks well and they are sad to see her go. The reason I gave it 4 stars is Petsmarts policy as a whole that pitbulls can not be put in play with other dogs. I know this issue is controversial but I won't get into that here. I disagree with the policy but other then that this store has been wonderful all around.

260 Smithtown Blvd, NesconsetI can’t say enough amazing things about Groomerella Pet Groomers! I brought my schnoodle, Winston, in this morning and the experience was top tier from start to finish. The staff is always so friendly, kind, and genuinely caring—you can tell they truly love what they do.
Winston looked absolutely adorable after his cut, but what means even more to me is how comfortable he is there. He never comes home anxious or stressed, which speaks volumes about how they treat the dogs in their care.
Honestly, the biggest sign says it all—when I dropped him off today, he literally pulled me to the door! That alone lets me know he feels safe and happy there.
Their prices are also very reasonable for the level of service you receive. If you’re looking for a groomer who treats your dog like family, Groomerella is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend!

The staff are very nice and respectful .. we love you guys.. please keep up the good work.. update. My pepper jack went in for an operation. He came out feeling a lot better then when he went in. They took great care of my son while he was there. He is always happy to see the docs and the staff. Again you guys are awsome and you make us feel like family when we come in. Thank you for everything that you do. And please keep up the good work... woof woof.

From the front management to the girls in the back everyone truly loves what they do and adores the dogs there. Bianca has an amazing team of ladies and we are soo grateful for them!!
