“This was an accidental find. Costco has gas pumps at this location. This is not a far drive for me for lower price premium fuel. Costco is excellent value if you are good with buying products in bulk. The store is well organized with plenty of national brand products. They also have their own brand, Kirkland that is priced below many of the brand products. My favorite items from Costco are their cheeses, dog treats, bottled sodas & drinks, and many other disposable items. On a busy holiday week, beware of people blindly driving carts through the aisles. It could be dangerous. Cashiers are impressive. They work amazingly fast and always seem to have a friendly demeanor.”
“This is definitely one of the best Costcos on Long Island for bulk shopping or picking up summer essentials. I find myself going there roughly every two months. The staff is super helpful and friendly. You can snag some really good deals, but be sure to double-check that you're actually saving money. While many items are cheaper than at a supermarket, a few might end up costing a bit more in the long run.”

“Pros:- mango smoothie is available at this Costco!! $2.99 The mango smoothie is not available at the Garden City Costco and in Queens currently - return checkout is really fast - clean inside - some of the items are different than items in the New York City Costco- cheaper by a couple of dollars here for some items Cons:- smoothie tastes sour and it tastes like a lot of oranges and old mango because it's dark in color. Overall, I would come back it's a great Costco to shop!”

“I love this location of Costco, it is so easy and neat to find items you need. The aisles are always free of clutter, parking in front of the store. They have the tire center on property and liquor store right next to the entrance. There is also the gas station on your way out or into the parking lot. All these things makes shopping a little easier. Most things are usually always fully stocked. So many promotional things to buy. The lines go pretty fast, they also have a self checkout which makes it easier to check out if you dont have alot to buy.”

“They are very nice and professional. Ginny is the best, at least from the people I interact with. They work efficiently, wait time is not bad even when they are busy. They help you obtain prescription for refill when needed and never messed up my prescription/medication. Just because it’s Costco does not mean medications are cheaper, some common medications, yes but I am finding out that come medications are more expensive at Costco than some pharmacies.”

“This is the least busiest Costco in Long Island. You can always find parking but you may have to park farther away from the entrance. The recycling area has only one plastic and can machine working but everything else seems to be fine. The check out area isn't as big as the Westbury or Melville locations but they do move quick. The best part about the Commack location is that they have gas pumps! You can pay with your Costco Visa card or with your membership and another form of payment. Highly recommend if you need to refuel!”

“Great service the food court is very nice the pizza and ice creams are great and very reasonable.I still keep the above assessment but today's visit surprised me when I came in line for a self-check a lady came and asked me in a very rude manner asked me to take out my membership card with my photo on it. I was reaching to produce my card while looking at her. She asked me why you looking at me like this. My spontaneous response was Did you ask everybody. She then asked at the checkout station everybody did I asked you for your card. I moved away not to make any drama. She yelled at me Come and hear why are you running away. While there she asked everyone and told me do you see that I ask everybody. Her point was to humiliate me. I requested the management to talk to her not to humiliate disgrace and harass the customer.Costco's food area is excellent.”
