I worked in a bank for 7 years and the importance of good customer service was drilled into our heads. It really irks me when I do not receive it, esp at a bank. Be nice to your customers, smile, ask them how they are, then ask them if there is anything else you can help them with, then thank them and tell them to have a great day!
