hour long wait times to call their help number, online banking is horrible, just a very backward bank - only reason i stay is all my cards and direct deposits are there.. soon as i have time to switch , i am out of there.

Very rude at the Drive through... went home and phoned. .waited for the next available representative.. After 5 minutes the bank hangs up on you!!!!

Nothing but a bunch of lying theives here! I opened a checking account specifically for paypal and put $25 to start it which was the minimum and I was told that I don't need to keep any specific amount in there and nothing about any fees. Come to find out they were taking out a $10 "service fee" every month so after a couple months when I went to retrieve the money my account was nearly wiped out! The lady I was dealing with was conveniently not available so the other lady I dealt with wanted to argue with me and give me line after line of b.s. excuses why they were taking my money. I don't put my money in the bank to have it stolen from me! It wasn't until I threatened to close the rest of my accounts and sue them that she offered to reverse the fees. I have since closed the accounts and in the process closing my other accounts with this terrible bank. It has been nothing but problems since provident changed to sterling
