“I had a good experience with my rental. My Jeep was being worked on at CDJR in New Hartford so they called me an Uber to Priceless and I was on my way within minutes. Returning the car was cut and dry fill it back up with gas and bring it back and I was on my way minutes after. They even brought me back to the dealership to get my Jeep. I haven't ever had service like that before.”
“Great job on fixing the backend of my car, when I accidentally hit a cement post at a doctor’s office parking lot. They even went to the extreme by cleaning the inside and outside of my car!! I didn’t expect that to happen. Everything so beautiful!”

“I've rented from this location several times a year for years now and have never had an issue. I do notice that there always seems to be different employees but other than that, this place has always been great to me and usually always has a great selection and most of the time you can pick the vehicle you want. My most recent rental was on 8/26/25 and I didnt get the employees name but he was amazing and knows how to treat customers. Keep up the great work!”
