“Stopped into Stewarts for gas last Monday and found myself locked out of my vehicle (FOB needed a new battery). I addressed Robert, who was extremely helpful, using his phone to help me contact family. As I hung around, Robert and a coworker were extremely pleasant, offering up coffee as well as sharing laughs while I waited for family to arrive. Now thats "great customer service!" “This is a very busy location yet the staff took the time to repeatedly follow up with my physician's office after doctor's staff could not get a prescriptiion renewal correct for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, most pharmacies nowadays would not bother to show this extra concern so it is refreshing to experience it. Thank you again for going the extra distance.”

“GREAT WALGREENS!! I solely go to this Walgreens location for many reasons!! I always get great customer service here, and the workers are always helpful and pleasant! I love the photo lab and my prescriptions are always accurate and ready on time!! If I can't find a specific item, the warm and friendly staff are always there to help me out!! I LOVE the WALGREENS Commercial Drive, New Hartford location!! Unfortunately, many of the negative and nasty comments below were left by workers at competing pharmacies!! Please ignore them!! They're jealous because their pharmacy is not nearly as good as Walgreens!!”
