GREAT financial institution!! I've been a member of First Source FCU for decades, and I love everything about the place!! I have no complaints whatsoever!! Everyone is friendly and professional! Paul has been especially great over the years answering all of my loan questions and taking care of any problem I have! The customer service representatives (tellers) in the lobby are wonderful!! I can't ask for a better place to do financial business with! I wish the evil haters would stop leaving 1 star! FIRST SOURCE deserves FIVE STARS all day every day!!

I waited in the drive thru for what seemed like forever. Over ten minutes. Wanting to exchange $10 bill for a roll of quarters. Can’t do that at the drive thru had to go inside. It’s finally my turn inside. I’m not a member so I couldn’t get the quarters. If someone feels this will increase membership, it only made me decide to never stop there again. Since when can’t you exchange a $10 bill for quarters?? So wrong!

Been a member of First Source FCU since I was a child. Great credit Union, helpful staff, and their app is the best. It’s a huge improvement since it was first launched and makes mobile banking a breeze.

We’ve been with FCU for about thirty years, they’ve always been fair in either giving us the best interest rates possible or being up front about shopping elsewhere for a better rate. In all the years we’ve been with them we’ve had the same loan rep, who always sends kind notes after we’ve processed or paid off a loan. She’s responsive to emails and phone calls and always greets us like an old friend. Our mortgage was taken at a higher interest rate initially due to credit scores, a year later we noticed it had gone down as our scores went up saving us $50 a month! I’m also a fan of talking to an actual human being locally when I call, no call centers or endless automated lines. My only desire would be to see more ATMs in obscure areas so I can avoid fees.

I love this credit union. People are always helpful, efficient, personable. Knowledgeable and kind. I especially love the added security protection measures they have implemented and their willingness to listen and assist. I have been a member since 2012 and I must say that all the credit unions I have belonged to in 30 plus years cannot hold a candle to this credit union. Employees and management are a great asset to First Source.

This credit union is not friendly to small business. The tellers are slow and rude. The N.H. Branch Is the worst.

I am very disappointed that they won’t open an account for my kid, unless I make an hour appointment and jump thru all these hoops. There is never one available same day or next day. It’s usually 3-4 days out. That’s unbelievable, are you kidding me? All that to open a simple account for a kid? I feel like they didn’t want another customer/member. They say they are too busy to take a walk in yet there was no one there! I have been a member since they opened in 2001 but unfortunately am leaving, very soon. Someone else will appreciate our money and respect us as valued customers. I can not and would not recommend FSFCU anymore.
