“Roger did a great job fixing my cracked screen and the back cover, it was very quick, and everything is functioning like before. Roger and Alex are very nice. Excellent job!”
“I use these for my business and for my employees, had a problem with my old phone and stopped in to resolve it. Found out I needed a newer phone and was surprised by the customer service I received. I recommend this location to resolve any problem and get new phones. Never had this level or friendliest service from the V service.”
“I went in just to pay my bill, and ended up reducing my plan and getting more family members on as well. We got a great deal on the two iPhones we got and even on an android my cousin insisted on. Sean was a great help and provided the best service I’ve had in a phone store in a LONG time. I use to dread it but if Sean and his team keep at it, I know I’ll continue to only have positive experiences and I am very pleased with the customer service!”
“Fast, quality service, especially by fill in Mgr. from their Rome store. But I am really bothered by so many adds while using my android phone- especially inserted adds in the middle of texting- as if sent by person texting me!!”
“Collin was most helpful after my loyalty discounts were taken away, he succeeded after multiple visits in getting me new discounts that were available to me. After being a loyal customer for 35 years, I really appreciated his assistance, he is always pleasant and goes the extra mile to assist his clients, I have seen him with other customers and he has gone above and beyond!
In today's market customer service is very important and he should be rewarded for his!!
Thank you Collin!
Christine”
