“On Monday 8/24/26 I went to this Verizon store to get new cellular service and phones for my family. I worked with Jesse during this process. Not only was Jesse very professional, he was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions and made sure everything we asked for was taken care of. Jesse even went above and beyond, staying past the end of his shift to make sure everything was done and done correctly, instead of pushing us off on another staff member, as other businesses would do. I was nervous because my charger broke inside of my phone, and after so many places gave me a quote of $800+, I was so grateful that Mike was willing to help me out. He plucked the charger port out in 2 seconds, and didn’t charge me a cent. I will absolutely be coming back for all of my iPhone needs, including screen protectors and diagnostic repair.
