They’re okay service quick simple and convenient pick up and go just make sure to be on time can’t be an 20-60 mins late or they’ll charge you for a whole day if that just take the car get you’re money worth

I live in Queens, but I always go to this Long Island Budget Car Rental branch. Ronnie and Amit are friendly, fast, and efficient — no waiting, no hidden fees. The LaGuardia branch is much slower, often over an hour to get a car, so I’ll keep coming back here!.

Pros: convenient location, nice people, service was courteous and fast.
Cons: the car was absolutely filthy and smelled like someone tried to cover up smoking or weed. outside wasn't washed and definitely no one touched the insides to make it presentable. The vehicle experience was terrible.
