I went into the New Hyde Park store and was politely greeted by a gentleman named Mark. I described what I needed and he guided me to a number of selections that would fit my needs.
He was very patient and really knew his products. I could tell I was working with someone who had many years of experience and knowledge. I didn't make a purchase at that moment as I wanted to get a second opinion from my partner, who has a much keener eye.
We went back this past Saturday and again Mark was incredibly helpful. I finalized the deal with Reese, who was also vert helpful.
I just wanted to let you know what an asset Mark is to your business. He's not super dynamic with a cape but knows his craft.

Dawn IS AMAZING!!! Not only was my initial purchase from LIP go smoothly and was easy, but I contacted them 9 years later to get some information on my floors and Dawn was not only able to help me but she went over, above and beyond what she needed to do!! LI Paneling is a blast from my past in the best way possible. This is a personal experience with people - people who care, people who go out of their way for you, and people who understand families. I am grateful for the time they spent getting to know my wife and me and what would make us happy. They didn’t even think twice to help correct an error caused by the contractor. These values mean a lot to me. I highly recommend them anytime!

I’ve had a good experience with LI Paneling. The sales staff, Dawn, Reese and Bobby were top-notch, friendly and willing to help. Dawn Caballero, the Assistant Manager was very friendly, kind and straight forward in helping me. She explained in great detail the different types of vinyl plank flooring. She got me exactly in the right track of what I was looking for. There was no pressure. LI Paneling has a good variety of flooring and moulding selections. So far the quality of the floor is great. It was a good choice. Would highly recommend Dawn and her team!
