The in-bank tellers and staff are nice. But I have NO IDEA why the service at the drive-thru teller is. So. SLOW!!! 😒

Andrea in customer service was great. I had visited another branch to have an issue with my online account resolved but it wasn’t. Andrea was finally able to help me get it fixed and even ran after me to the parking lot to return my debt it card.
