I was greeted by a nice, friendly young man who took the the time to look at the damage and then proceeded to buff out the area that was scuffed up. I tried to pay him for his services but he refused payment. As a small business owner myself, it's nice to see there are still places that offer exceptional service. I highly recommend Troy's.”

I had to buy an oil filter for my truck and I wasn't even in there for five minutes! Awesome staff too! Very kind and helpful! “What started out not so great, ended great! I went to the Autozone in Highland NY to purchase a new battery for my car. I was told by someone at first that they couldn't do it for whatever reason and was trying to pawn me off to some local auto shop down the road, (I believe he was leaving). Another worker walking by overheard the conversation and told me after the first guy left that they absolutely could change the battery, that's what they do! He was so helpful and kind and turned my frustrated day around! Thank you so much Brian for making matters right. I appreciate you stopping me before I left. There needs to be more kind hard workers like you in this world, who just want to do the right thing. Somebody give this man a raise!!!!!”

“I was hit while eating in a restaurant back in September 2023, and contacted Smitty's Auto Body after asking a co-worker where they got their truck fixed. So Pat did an estimate and got in touch with the insurance adjuster and handled everything for me. He is a very knowledgeable professional with many years of experience in the auto body industry, and a genuinely nice guy. As for the quality of work, in my opinion it is of the highest quality, compared to the other body shop in Kingston NY by the Ford dealership Smitty's even fixed the stuff that other shop did wrong. I'd recommend them anytime for body work and will use them again myself!”
