I came in with a question, and at first I thought the girl at the counter was being short with me. Boy was i wrong. Not only did she get my needs taken care of, but she did it while handling another customer on the computer, and the guy on line behind me. I love the proficiency of this store and will go out of my way to return. I would have thanked the staff but the phone was ringing and people kept walking in. I'm sure this sales team, with their knowledge and multitasking skills got though the rush precisely and professionally.”

Jakes Auto body did a great job on repairing the rust on my car door… I could not afford to have the entire side of the car painted to match, but they did an excellent job on the door and it is virtually impossible to See any difference in the colors. The job was completed quickly and efficiently.”

“Was totally in a pinch, had a water leak in my camper at a local campground. Went to the nearest place that I thought may have a part that could at least temporarily fix my issue. My less than perfect description of my issue was enough for them to provide me a few parts to try and help. I got back and was able to cap off a waterline and still have water to the rest of my camper and salvage the weekend trip. Thanks again, will always use them while in the area!”

“Awesome store located on 9w usually always has the parts I need or is very fast at getting the part I need for my vehicle. With so many other car part shops around nobody is better than NAPA. I had to buy an oil filter for my truck and I wasn't even in there for five minutes! Awesome staff too! Very kind and helpful! Will definitely be back again to do more purchases when it comes to fixing my vehicles.”
