“The Yoga Retreat to Costa Rica was exactly what I needed. It was exceptional. Beautiful accommodations, wonderful people, lovely beach access, delicious food, perfect weather and most importantly...excellent daily yoga practice with a masterful teacher. I came back feeling strong, refreshed and uplifted. Can't wait to go again.”

“We had a 5th birthday party there for our son this weekend and absolutely recommend it. The ladies did a great job with the kids, had numerous fun activities, kept everyone involved, and did everything they could to help us out. They gave us plenty of time to sell set up in the party room and were very helpful in helping us clean up afterwards. If you are looking for a party where the kids get to be active and engaged they cover all the bases at a very reasonable price. Thanks again for helping make this a memorable day!”

“I’ve been a member for several months now, and I am really pleased. The facility is clean and a very pleasant place for weight training and aerobics. There are plenty of machines with a good variety so there is no need to wait for equipment. The staff is very helpful and a range of private training styles is available by private arrangement. It is really, to me, an ideal environment for fitness.”

“This place would be a perfect local gym if it weren't for the music. I go multiple times a week and almost every time they are blaring Classic Rock in all the workout areas, which is really not to my taste. I don't think other people like it, either. If you look around the gym on a normal day, 90% of the people are wearing headphones. It's 2026 and everyone has their own favorite music right in their pocket/earbuds. Personally my vote would be for no music, so people can enjoy their own music (currently the speakers are loud enough that it makes it unpleasant to use headphones unless you really crank em). That's the norm in other gyms. The Classic Rock gives the whole place a macho/bro vibe that's out of step with the gym's wonderful clientele and staff.”
