“We went in today for some paint to cover up a horrible purple mistake we made months ago. Older gentlemen, I’m pretty sure he’s been there for years since this is not my first time seeing him. He went out of his way to keep trying to mix the perfect color that was affordable, in our color range, and enough pigment to cover the dark purple we had. If we weren’t satisfied, neither was he. He made sure he made us happy before we decided. He made it a point to have us leave satisfied. He was patient, funny and kind. We ended up finishing painting today, and we are thankful. Only ONE coat of his master mixing skills covered this old paint. He was a pleasure to work with and we walked out happy with a decent price. We can tell he’s a key staff to this business. Didn’t catch his name but THANK YOU!”
“Great service here! John at the desk has always been incredibly helpful and the kind of knowledgeable that’s hard to find at big box stores these days. They could have a little more hardware selection though”
“This place has a little of everything. Get a lot of my needs fulfilled here. Staff is great too, always super helpful, especially Damien. Always happy to see he's working when I go in. Highly recommend.”
“I visited Tractor Supply in Highland, NY. Service there is always wonderful but today I thought I lost my wallet at the store and called the store for help. Joann picked up the phone and immediately went looking for me. She was so kind and understood my panic. Ultimately I found the wallet but she really went above and beyond. It's so rare to receive such empathy and helpfulness from a stranger. I am so thankful.”

“This hardware store has a great selection of hardware, tools and useful products. Their prices for propane tank refills are very good and sometimes they even have sales on their propane. The staff is friendly and helpful and I appreciate the proximity to my home.”
