I didn't realize I was supposed to schedule an appointment. Despite not having an appointment, I was taken care of and the paint was removed quickly. I was a little intimidated at first because they seem to cater towards high end and exotic vehicles with what I saw was a Ferrari in the lot. Speaking with Fation, owner he reassured me that every client is important and after a 1.5 weeks, I got my vehicle repaired and looked great.
