“Enterprise makes a lot of effort to make the process of rental as effortless as imaginable. About the only untoward thing to occur during my transaction was when I asked a question about Sirius XM. The Nissan Altima I was offered had AM/FM with Bluetooth connectability. I do not have a Spotify playlist and inquired about the availability of satellite radio. I was told the activation would be time-consuming and expensive, so I did not follow through. Being restricted to local radio stations made my trip dull.”

“I recommend them highly. I needed to have a colonoscopy done and the hospital requires someone to pick me up since I'm not allowed to drive, take a cab, bus by myself. Unfortunately I have no one to assist me home. However the hospital does allow me to take an Ambulette home . Premier came on time picked me up brought me to the hospital then came to take me home. The driver was excellent. I was able to have this colonoscopy done.
Plus get home safely. A perfect solution for those who don't have anyone to help them get home.”

“Buying a used car can be the most daunting experience - especially for a New Yorker like me who has never bought her own car and is a prime target for being taken for a ride - but not here. Steven, Ted, and the whole team treat you like family. I got the most incredibly maintained 2011 Land Rover LR4 (named her Clarice, which everyone played along with. Like I said, family!). No trouble thus far but if anything were to need to be fixed (or when she needs a tune up and oil change) I know they’ll take great care of me. They don’t see you as just another sale and never want to talk to you again; I’ve never felt like a burden even when asking 100 questions I could probably have Googled. They’re convenient to NYC in New Rochelle no matter if you drive or train. Best decision I have made in a very long time. Could not recommend more!”
