“My son got a rental car from enterprise on Mamaroneck ave due to Mavis in Scarsdale damaging his car . He was highly upset by the time we got to enterprise but John was the nicest guy you can meet he took care of my son quickly and made the process an easy one . He was so nice and polite and it was such a pleasure to have an excellent customer service experience due to the fact of what happen prior to us getting to enterprise .
