“This was the experience I had renting a Van! We had some last minute changes for a trip with my church and needed a van last minute. I showed up first thing in the morning and Explained the whole to Gloria (She’s the best!) and even though there’s was nothing available on site she made a few calls and within minutes she was able to make it happen thanks to Gloria, Big Kevin and Cesar The Trip was a success and there’s wasn’t any delays I Recommend this Place 10/10 ?

“This place gave me a car that smelled so bad of cigarette smoke it made me sick to my stomach and burned my eyes I had to drive with the windows open on a 29 degree day My clothes stink from it. They gave me the car with the windows open so I didn't know if till I closed the windows. They better have a discount in mind. They corrected the pr6 without incident however. That was appreciated and says a lot about them!”

“Thought this is a scam but it doesn't! I made a deal with Zamzam Exotic Car Rental, drove the car, and returned it as agreed. It was truly a great service, and there were no problems at all. Hope your business becoming success! ???”
“I walked in on a busy Monday morning without a reservation, having just dropped my car off around the corner for a repair. They were absolutely slammed; six deep in line and all of their employees running around at full speed.
I was expecting to wait, and i did, but these guys working kept it light. Checking in with guests every few minutes, making sure people knew where they were in the queue and generally moving as fast as their systems would allow. It was like watching a few highly skilled bartenders work a saturday night.
They were very apologetic when their lot didn’t have a car for me, but they told me to hang tight and one was on the way. And it arrived a few minutes later.
Overall, it was a great experience. Their hospitality outpaced the “charm” of their location by a long shot.
Hopefully i don’t need a rental anytime soon, but if i do, they’ll be where i go.”

“We walked in after 12 pm on a Saturday in desperate need of a car due to our car currently being repaired . The manager Sean welcomed us in and advised us they are closed but stated they had an available car rental for us. He was SUPER patient and laid back. We were having issues with our credit card and he reassured us to take our time and to not worry. The car was clean and ready within minutes. We thanked sean a bunch of times and he advised us “Its the weekend i want everyone to have a car” Great experience and Sean definitely needs a promotion/ raise! lol”

“I was welcome with good customer service.it was a fast process .I had made reservations 2 weeks prior a couple of things that I did notice.there was no walk around the car for prior nicks and ding,the enterior was very clean but exterior needed better cleaning specially front window.but over all I would return and recommend.”
“Buying a used car can be the most daunting experience - especially for a New Yorker like me who has never bought her own car and is a prime target for being taken for a ride - but not here. Steven, Ted, and the whole team treat you like family. I got the most incredibly maintained 2011 Land Rover LR4 (named her Clarice, which everyone played along with. Like I said, family!). No trouble thus far but if anything were to need to be fixed (or when she needs a tune up and oil change) I know they’ll take great care of me. They don’t see you as just another sale and never want to talk to you again; I’ve never felt like a burden even when asking 100 questions I could probably have Googled. They’re convenient to NYC in New Rochelle no matter if you drive or train. Best decision I have made in a very long time. Could not recommend more!”

“We recently rented a car through AutoRentals (Hertz) at Milan airport. Everything went smoothly; the car was clean at pick up and check-in on return was quick and efficient. Staff in terminal was very friendly and efficient. Would use AutoRentals in the future. One tip: after booking, keep checking rates right up until a few days before you leave. We saved $300 on our two-week rental because the price suddenly dropped. The flexible cancellation policy on Auto Rentals gives you this advantage although be sure to double check the policy when you book your initial reservation.”

“Only reason for why i given this company a five star cuz of a manager at gunhill rd & allerton ave that not only polite, know how to greet people, break down details but he's a one man army machine where if it's ever busy he still make you feel that ur time n business is much appreciated . So the company in general got some decent prices but that fifth star belongs to manager Ray. I recommend the company in general but of the manager at that site in the Bronx i advise you to experience the service first hand.”
“I’ve rented from Avis/Budget multiple times over the past year, especially last summer (about 5–6 rentals), and I have to take a moment to recognize someone who truly stands out Angeline.
Every single time I worked with her, the experience was exceptional. The cars were always clean, ready, and the entire environment felt positive and welcoming. Angeline is incredibly efficient, professional, and genuinely cares about her customers.
There was one time I was in a rush, and she went above and beyond she quickly went to the back, personally made sure the car was clean and ready, and had me in and out in less than five minutes. That level of service is rare.
What really meant a lot to me was when I accidentally left something behind at the office. She called me right away, and even went out of her way to drop it off to me since she lived along my route. That was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, and something I will never forget.
Angeline consistently goes above and beyond, and she truly represents what great customer service should be. Avis/Budget is lucky to have her.”
