“This place gave me a car that smelled so bad of cigarette smoke it made me sick to my stomach and burned my eyes I had to drive with the windows open on a 29 degree day My clothes stink from it. They gave me the car with the windows open so I didn't know if till I closed the windows. They better have a discount in mind. They corrected the pr6 without incident however. That was appreciated and says a lot about them!”

“Buying a used car can be the most daunting experience - especially for a New Yorker like me who has never bought her own car and is a prime target for being taken for a ride - but not here. Steven, Ted, and the whole team treat you like family. I got the most incredibly maintained 2011 Land Rover LR4 (named her Clarice, which everyone played along with. Like I said, family!). No trouble thus far but if anything were to need to be fixed (or when she needs a tune up and oil change) I know they’ll take great care of me. They don’t see you as just another sale and never want to talk to you again; I’ve never felt like a burden even when asking 100 questions I could probably have Googled. They’re convenient to NYC in New Rochelle no matter if you drive or train. Best decision I have made in a very long time. Could not recommend more!”

“I was welcome with good customer service.it was a fast process .I had made reservations 2 weeks prior a couple of things that I did notice.there was no walk around the car for prior nicks and ding,the enterior was very clean but exterior needed better cleaning specially front window.but over all I would return and recommend.”

Whenever I’ve had a concern about the condition of the vehicle I’m renting, Maddy hears what I’m saying (IMPORTANT!) and works with me to resolve the issue (ALSO IMPORTANT). He should teach classes in customer service - seriously. Budget, please award and recognize this young man. He is an asset to your company and is one of the reasons I am a repeat customer. “I recommend them highly. I needed to have a colonoscopy done and the hospital requires someone to pick me up since I'm not allowed to drive, take a cab, bus by myself. Unfortunately I have no one to assist me home. However the hospital does allow me to take an Ambulette home . Premier came on time picked me up brought me to the hospital then came to take me home. The driver was excellent. I was able to have this colonoscopy done.
Plus get home safely. A perfect solution for those who don't have anyone to help them get home.”
