“What a hidden gem! As a mew Porsche owner I was extremely glad to find this specialty shop tucked away in new Rochelle close by. The owner Mike was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me look over the new vehicle, get the oil changed, as well as install a new exhaust system for me.

“Buying a used car can be the most daunting experience - especially for a New Yorker like me who has never bought her own car and is a prime target for being taken for a ride - but not here. Steven, Ted, and the whole team treat you like family. I got the most incredibly maintained 2011 Land Rover LR4 (named her Clarice, which everyone played along with. Like I said, family!). No trouble thus far but if anything were to need to be fixed (or when she needs a tune up and oil change) I know they’ll take great care of me. They don’t see you as just another sale and never want to talk to you again; I’ve never felt like a burden even when asking 100 questions I could probably have Googled. They’re convenient to NYC in New Rochelle no matter if you drive or train. Best decision I have made in a very long time. Could not recommend more!”

“Rob was friendly, efficient, and true to his word. I had my car serviced twice before, and when I brought it to Rob, he provided a clear estimate. After three months I contact him to proceed, he had all my details prepared and ready.
On the morning I dropped off my car, Rob arranged a driver to take me back to my drop-off location so I could rent a car for a few days, ensuring I was covered while the work was being done. When the work was finished, my car looked brand new—almost newer than when I first purchased it from Honda. It’s hard to tell that any work had been done, and Rob’s workmanship is meticulous. He even touched up scratches that were not part of his estimate .
His staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I asked Rob to install mud guards that were not included in the estimate, and he completed the job without charging extra, even though he had to purchase screws because I had lost the original ones that came with the guards.
I would recommend Rob’s Auto to everyone as Rob is definitely the person to get the job done. He also has a used car sales operation across the street, which adds convenience and additional options. Thank you, Rob, for making my car (Daisy) look brand new.”

“I called AAA because my battery died and I couldn’t get my car started. Although it took a few hours for them to show up I was so happy that John C was the technician that came to assist me. John was very nice and knowledgeable. He tested the car for several issues and discovered that my battery was the original (approx 8 years old) and informed me that I would need a replacement. Unfortunately he didn’t have one on his truck but was able to charge my battery enough for me to make it home. AAA ordered me a battery and I had it in two days. John not only delivered and installed the battery himself but he was one of the nicest guys from AAA that I ever dealt with and I’ve been a member of AAA for years. “Ask for Mike (Michael Aviles, Senior Sales Consultant), he deserves the commission. He really makes you feel at home whether you're in the dealership show floor or taking the car for a test drive. He tries his best to work with you within your budget. While we did not get a deal going through, him and the sales managers Billy and Javier were all very calm and chill individuals to interact with. They did not have a pushy demeanor, and were some of the more honest salespeople I have had the pleasure of interacting with. The only reason I knocked off one star however is because even though we could not work out a deal, I continued to receive calls multiple times a day from this dealership claiming that a deal could be worked out, and they were willing to reach towards my offer. However, upon speaking to a sales manager directly they told me that the offer they already gave me was the best offer they could manage. This conflicting information, and refusal to disclose any negotiations over the phone despite already visiting the dealership twice for the same car (New Rochelle is a good distance away from me) left me a little sour. However, upon requesting to no longer be contacted about the vehicle in question, they let up.
Overall, great solid experience. I knew friends who have purchased Civics from them and they also had great experiences with them. Would recommend. They don't waste your time, and are pretty upfront and direct with everything.”
