Great customer service but 0 accessibility, their parking lot is 75% reserve for their use, customer have nowhere to park to get into the building

I just had to leave a review for the teller who helped me today. She was not only great at banking, but she was great at being a kind human. Sometimes you could be having the worst day, and it’s a stranger that helps you remember it’s gonna be okay! Damaris at Chase in New Rochelle was that person today!
