Went there for help with my account, the individual that worked with me straight up pretended to help, but did not actually fix the problem, don't trust the customer service reps, stay until the problem is worked out, it's a shame you there for help, instead they play games!!!

Terrible service. I been there 3 times at 2am and 3am to see if the ATM is open to deposit but it never is. I did use my card to open the door but the door never opened. Not just me but people wanting to go inside also tried with their card and the door never opened. Horrible. Never going to this bank again.

I had banking business and was assigned to Krystal Colman, Krystal is smart and professional and on top of all my banking issues, yet she is kind and soft spoken which appealed to me even more than her professionalism. I was there for the first time and opened a bank account today. I was welcomed very friendly and everything went smoothly. I would especially like to mention the banker who looked after me. He was very friendly and courteous and answered all questions to my satisfaction.

Either one or all the ATM would have some issue with it. Most of the time the front door would be locked and you would see a security guard in there. You think. If your shift started. Why not have the front door accessible for customers. It gets really stuffy in there too with the amount of customers waiting for them to open up to give service.

This branch is the absolute worst. I came to get something notarized and seems like all the staff are having pre personal conversations than work. It takes not even 20 seconds to have something notarized and you shouldn't have to wait 45 min. It makes me want to close my account and go elsewhere. Customer service where don't go to this branch for anything but an ATM

This bank is like the evil bank from its a wonderful life. My account need to be updated and u needed to understand the new system since I haven't had a problem in years because in the past chase bank was so helpful when I was younger they had more personal touch to their customer service. Now I try to come in and handle this important transition and nobody can help all they can do is say go to website like I'm in the bank you can at least help me make an appointment especially if I don't know the new system.

The tellers don't give you any helpful information anymore. It used to have great customer service if you lost your card they get you a new one that same day with options. If you needed to update your account or start a new one they don't have anyone there trying to make it easier for you. They don't feel any responsibility towards your needs or schedule even though they controll the entirety of your finances. If you want service go pelham chase Bank

The ATM machiens are broken all the time, and there's always trash on the floor.
