I rented a storage unit here because it offered the convenience of being able to drive into it, park, unload and load. Unfortunately for the last 2 months this has not been possible because the garage door has been inoperable. The staff only say that parts have been ordered but they don’t know when the door will be fixed.

I had some questions about potential future storage solutions as i will be leaving the country for a while, and I must say staff was absolutely fantastic. Had a man named Jordan address all my concerns and thoroughly explained the various options available to me. I'm definitely impressed and will happily recommend this location to friends and family.
