Briana is very nice, very helpful, and definitely made me feel comfortable. Briana took her time to show me where everything is, and showed me how to use the freight elevator just in case if I needed to use it and everything. She is amazing.

I gave five stars to the front line staff! Brianna is always kind, friendly, interested, and accommodating. The room itself, I discovered, had water leak and lots of paint chips on our belongings, as well as water damage… So for the room I would give just two stars.
