“I was in the middle of a trip from Pennsylvania to western Massachusetts when my 2012 CRV started thunking hard. I thought I had a flat but none of my tire indicators were on, nor any of my engine lights. I pulled off the highway and parked on the side of the road in a residential area and started investigating, which for me means kicking the tires and checking the oil. I'd just had the brakes done, but I couldn't see anything loose. A neighbor walked up, asked if he could help, but the problem seemed bigger than either of us could fathom. That's when he recommended this service station. I pulled in at about 9 o'clock on a Saturday morning, and the place was hopping. The owner came out, listened to my story, and said he might or might not be able to get to it today because his guys were leaving at 1 PM. I didn't have a lot of options, driving to the service station made me very nervous because of the clunk and clatter, so I parked the car, called around, and started calculating the cost of having my car towed 160 miles to home.Joao, the owner, came out to check on me, and I told him I hadn't found any other service stations that could help. He said he'd squeeze me in. His mechanic drove it into the bay and figured out the problem in one minute. Loose tire. As in, one of the bolts was about to pop out and the rest were wriggling free. I shudder to think what would've happened if I had been on the Hutch when the driver side front tire decided to separate from the vehicle!All of us breathed a huge sigh of relief. The mechanic double checked my new back brakes, tightened all the Lugnuts, and then they sent me to the local bagel shop with a list of pastries and coffee for the team. This was the lucky, lucky day I got to buy everybody breakfast as compensation for the repairs. Otherwise, no charge.As a musician on the road, I've had my share of breakdowns and emergencies. All in all, I've been really lucky, and today was no exception. If you're in a pinch, I recommend Joao and his friendly, efficient team without reservation.”

“My tire blew out not far from this service station late at night. The attendant there was extremely helpful and allowed me to leave my car for the mechanic to look at the next morning. They fixed it right away and didnt overcharge or try to upcharge me. Very happy I was close by BP during this situation.”

The best part is the service—the staff inside is consistently friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The store is well-stocked with the basics, and the coffee is surprisingly good for a gas station. “We live 6 mins away from this location so we're here all the time. The selection is good and the store is well stocked for the most part. There have been occasions where they didn't have kirkland water which is one of the primary reasons why we go here but it is what it is. They do a good job with samples on the weekends. I do wish they looked after the fruit a little better. They often stack the boxes and the ones towards the bottom get crushed. But that's part of the wholesale warehouse experience.”

The gas prices tend to be slightly higher than other places but the neighborhood is willing to pay for the convenience as well as supporting the business that will actually provide real old fashioned service. They answer questions, work quickly, get you right in,and are reliable.”

“I use the air machine regularly and wonder about the accuracy of the gauge. Outside of that. It does work and I found the cashiers very friendly. Anyone that complains about the gas price can simply use their smart phone to find cheaper gas 1/4 mile away.”

“This location is the literal definition of what happens to a business when their customers do not know how to behave like adults. They literally have bulletproof glass at the register (everything is scanned through that), a prop police officer in the window, a string of police lights hanging inside, and a sign saying no masks allowed (presumably because some idiots have been trying to rob it with ski or covid masks on). They even have a wall of shame for those who have tried to rob it, vandalize it, you name it. I gotta hand it to these dudes- at this point I probably would’ve given up but they continue to offer great service every time I go and their store is clean and well stocked. Sorry that people suck guys.”

“Great prices, need membership though. Love their new feature that tells when a pump is empty, its helpful when trucks or vens are getting filled and is impossible to know if a car has moved out. A nice indicator tells which pump is open for service. People are very helpful and come to support with anything.”
