“I consider my cat's breed a scaredy cat...she is very timid. Well she needed to be groomed so I drove an hour to get her groomed at Happy Cat Hotel in Westchester. They took so good care of her and she looks and feels fantastic!”

“Suffering from new dog- aunt brain, the staff were very helpful when they noticed the telltale sign of what I was going through. It was very comforting to hear their take on how to shop for my new nephew and had what I needed during my quick visit on break.”

29-10 23rd Avenue, Astoria NY 11105
“Great store — they have everything you need for your dog. My only feedback is that sometimes the owners can come across as though they know more about your dog than you do as the owner. Since they aren’t dog owners themselves, I think a little more mindfulness and consideration when giving advice would go a long way. Overall, though, it’s a great store.”

“You can find limited ingredient foods for your kitty here that are really difficult to find at other stores besides some of the bigger chains. And there's no big chains in uptown Manhattan nor south BX. This place is simple and seem to be really in stock a lot of the time! Very convenient for those of us who live anywhere north of 96th street up to Westchester and don't want to go to the chain stores.”

“I shop at Pets Boutique in Manhasset at least once a week for our puppy Bailey. Max (the owner) is always so helpful and so nice. He even gifted Bailey a beautiful box of birthday doggie cookies for her 1 year birthday yesterday. She also LOVED her cannoli cupcake that we purchased. Bailey literally runs to get inside the store whenever we go. Thank you so much, Max for always making our shopping experience so great!!! 🐾 🐶 ♥”

“I’m a little late sharing this, but I wanted to Thank Joe and his staff in Astoria for their compassion and guidance through our Rotti Dougie’s cancer diagnosis. I remember walking in to the store in Astoria and just bursting into tears. I’m sorry I don’t remember the woman’s name behind the counter, but she was so kind. She gave me Joe’s number and he advised me what supplements to try, what to cook for him, what food etc. Dougie lived 2 more happy healthy years to the surprise of many vets. He died of aneurysm at the end. While shocking and heartbreaking, we are so grateful for the 2 additional years. Of course you always wish for more. We miss him so much. Glad we didn’t go a different route. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You guys are angels.”

737 White Plains Rd, Scarsdale NY 10583
“It is more than 20 miles away, half an hour drive even to the nearest location ( Scarsdale ) from my house so I had not been there for a long time. However, I received discount coupons in mail and I had been searching dog food for my picky eater, I decided to go even in torrential rain. A lady at the front greeted my husband and myself and offered for help. That was a very good impression. Furthermore, I noticed that the coupons were already expired to use, but she accepted them without any hesitation. ( Hope she won't get any trouble) The prices of the food I bought were less than I spent on Amazon. My dog liked the food very much. The trip to the store was a true worth for me.”

“My family has been shopping at pet resources for years, they sent me one day before I had any idea what I would find and now half of my reptile baby I have I purchased here. The service is always wonderful. The manager to me feels like a dear friend he is never too far always willing to help me with anything I’m looking for. I call him boss man lol. 😃 The staff are very polite and friendly looking to help you in anyway possible. Sometimes I go in not knowing what to get for my reptiles and they are patient with me and always try the very best to help me find what I’m looking for. The pricing for everything is always right up my alley I never feel like they are over charging me for anything. The store maintenance is always kept up to par I never have any complaints any time I visit to make my purchases or just to even ask a question about something I bought they are always respectful and helpful. I don’t ever see myself going to no other pet store. If you shop here I promise you won’t be displeased ever !! I promise !! Here’s a picture of today’s order I got superworms, crickets , mealworms, fuzzy and wean rat to feed my babies at home. Very well loved and respected store in my neighborhood.”

“Paws on Top in Rye is truly a gem for pet owners! Their selection of dog food is incredible. They sell high-quality brands, plenty of healthy options, and the staff is always happy to guide you toward what’s best for your pet. The toy section is just as impressive, packed with fun, durable, and unique toys my dog absolutely loves. What really sets this store apart, though, is the team. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They go out of their way to help and make every visit enjoyable. If you’re in Rye and want the best for your pet, Paws on Top is the place to go!”

“First of all, I want to thank God because there are good people who truly care about the well-being of all kinds of birds. In winter, one of my parakeets got sick. I called Augie for help, and he was very kind and professional. He gave me advice on how to care for him. Thank God, I saved his life. Today I called him for another emergency. My parakeet hurt his leg, and again, he helped me without asking for anything in return except the well-being of my Parakeet.”
